Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what we need to run and bill the Service, we delete your files after 7 days, we don't keep the data you send to render, and we never sell or advertise with your information.
1. What we collect
- Account: your email address, account ID, plan, spend cap, and the date you accepted our Terms.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs. We never see or store your full card number.
- Crypto payments: your wallet address and transaction IDs, which are public on the blockchain.
- Usage: request counts, render IDs, timestamps, file sizes, error codes, and IP addresses, used for billing, rate limits and abuse prevention.
- Templates and data you send: processed to make your file. For normal renders it is never stored. For queued (async) renders it is held only until the render finishes, and deleted within a day at most if anything goes wrong. Templates you save to your account are kept until you delete them.
- Generated files: stored for 7 days so you can download them, then deleted automatically.
2. How we use it
To run, bill, secure and improve the Service; to send login links, receipts and important notices; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, do not share it for advertising, and do not use the content of your documents to train AI models.
5. How long we keep it
Generated files: 7 days. Request data: not kept after the render (queued renders: deleted on completion, at most one day). Usage records: up to 13 months. Account and billing records: while your account is open and as long as needed afterwards for tax, accounting and legal reasons.
6. Your choices and rights
You can see and change your account details in the dashboard, and ask us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing team@flyteai.io. We may keep some records where the law requires or allows it, such as billing records. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law; we will honor valid requests as that law requires.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, hashed API keys, limited access, and isolated rendering. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.
8. Children, international users and changes
The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We operate in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there.
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will email account holders about material changes.
